Luke Rose is committed to being an ethical brand from our work processes, to the people we work with and the materials we choose to use. You will receive an email or phone call when your jewellery is ready for collection. You can also choose "Pick Up" as the delivery option, allowing you to collect your jewellery from our Sydney studio in The Dymocks Building, 428 George Street. All international shipping options are also displayed at checkout. For international shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy. Shipping and handling charges for orders under $350 are $10 for standard parcel post or $15 for Express Post. You will be emailed with a tracking number once your jewellery has been dispatched.ĭomestic shipping is free on orders over $350 and ships via Express Post. Express shipping is via Australia Post Express Service, which arrives in 1 to 3 business days. Standard domestic shipping is via Auspost Parcel Post and takes between 2 and 5 days. If you require your jewellery by a certain date, please email your request prior to ordering. Please allow up to 10 to 14 working days for production of your piece. Please note that all Luke Rose jewellery is made by hand to order. Please allow an extra week on top of our standard 10 to 14 working days for production during this time. All orders placed online during this period will not go into production until the week of the 15th. The studio will be closed from Tuesday 25th April until Monday 15th May.
